Climate Action Pathways for Schools (CAPS) is committed to achieving immediate climate impacts and saving money for school districts while simultaneously investing in student leaders who will become the next generation of sustainability professionals.
CAPS empowers students by providing a paid, hands-on educational opportunity to make their school districts’ climate resilient, gain the experience and knowledge to prepare them for green careers, and take tangible action to fight climate change.

By investing in CAPS, our industry partners are directly supporting under-resourced school districts to improve energy efficiency in buildings, advance the use of renewable energy, develop clean transportation systems, and reduce waste—all through student-led projects that advance college and career readiness.
